I am trying to redo the brakes on my 1957 3800. My parts man shows all 3/4 ton brake shoes as 11" x 2", but my rear drums seem to measure at 12" x 2". I think I am meaasuring correct (across the drum

first problem is that if you have a 3800 it is a one ton instead of a 3/4 ton. You may not be able to find shoes but may have to have the old ones relined. Second problem is that the '73 master cylin
