- Por -15 claims you can do a whole chassis with 1 quart. I've done my whole front suspension/rear suspension and barely used anything at all in the can so I believe it, 2 quarts max to do a whole fram

- I found a custom shop when I lived in the St. Louis area. They were willing to do my frame for about $ 200.00. I had to do all the prep work, sand blasting, cleaning, welding, etc. They did the rest

- We're currently just spraying the frames with DP 90 which is a black semi gloss epoxy primer. This is what the majority of the cars engine compartments are being sprayed with to get the look closest

- has anyone tried the Eastwood paints for the chassis? They have a Corroless primer that is supposed to neutralize rust then a chassis black paint that is supposed to be durable (they say...) Internal
