There's probably a way to do this, because I've seen AD trucks made into extended cabs and 4-doors. As far as a kit, I haven't seen one, but would be interested to hear about your project as it goes.

I did this conversion on my 3-window cab. It requires a 5-window donor cab, and is definitely not for the beginning welder, but it worked out well. There are probably other methods , but this is how

Thanks Smokey, I haven't looked a a big window '56 but I'd guess that GM used as many common body panels as possible, so (as with my '51) it would be a matter of finding the seams where the different
