Is there major differences between 1946 AD and 1947 Chevy PU from a restoration point of view? I cannot get a 1946 restoration kit from Chevy only 1947. any advise would be appreciated KM 1946 oletr

I believe chevy changed in the middle of the model year in 1947. Some of them look like the 46 and the later ones look like the 47 to 55 first series. They did the same thing in 55. A 55 second serie
