I have just drained and cleaned out the rear end on my truck. In putting the cover back on, I notice the fill hole is just off the (vertical) centerline (CL) of the rear axles. If it is installed in

All the rear axles that I have ever seen have the fill BELOW the axle centerline. Oil will get to the wheel bearings this way! don't worry about it. I dont' have any parts to help with the shocks, s
