Give us the casting numbers off of the side of the block. There should also be a stamped serial number on a smooth machined surface...what's that number? Is it a 6 or 8 cylinder? Need more info! Mike

Hi Robert - If you don't plan to tow anything or do much racing then the 210 Hp motor will be just fine. That 210 Hp was what my old 67 RS Camaro was rated at with a 2 barrel carburetor. Slapping on

I'd rethink the fuel injection bit. More efficient, more responsive, starts easier,etc. I'd check around. Maybe someone on the list could help you with information, experiences. I suspect the cheapes

To put the engine at TDC, put the crank shaft timing mark at TDC on the scale. At TDC the #1 piston should be all the way up in the bore at the same time the timing mark on the crank shaft at TDC. At

Just one thing more. Make sure that both valves are closed or you could be one rotation off. This would put the distributor 1/2 turn off. You can either pull the valve covers or check for air coming
