The engine # on my truck is F0617J. I found it on the right side of the engine stamped just to the rear of the distributor. I cannot find any info on the engine, I want to know if it is the original

I just found out that this engine in my 50 1/2 ton might be an early sixty's (62-63) 235? The block cast # is 3769716. If it is, is it worth keeping or should I swap it out? I know it's not original,
