I had an H pipe put on my '72 Buick Skylark (350) along with two turbo mufflers and hate it. I dont believe it does anything noticable for performance and it gave it a funny sound. One of these days

If your exhaust is the same length on both sides and bends are equal I don't think an H- pipe is necessary. As far as the mufflers go I have two different vehicles with Flow masters on them, two diff
