- Sounds like you have everything you need to make your 51 a comfortable daily driver. Why not just use the front clip from the Camaro? You'll get your disk brakes (power) steering (power) motor mount

- if you want milage, go with the 700r4. i think very highly of these trannys if they are built correctly oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959
