- I have a 283 "bonus" engine that came with my truck and would like to know the what and where as far as the donar engine is concerned. Casting numbers on rear of block are: 3849852 870 H22 852 S Anyo

- It's a 1964-1968 2-bolt main 283. Didn't find anything on the other numbers you listed. the oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959
