The API oil rating is listed on the label of almost every quart of oil. Go to your local Kmart, Walmart or auto supply and look at the labels of various brands of oil until you find one with the SJ r

What I always heard is that it could be a bad idea to change from a non-detergent oil to a detergent oil in a high mileage engine because it would very possibly flush sludge loose that could in turn
