If you're using a thermostat, check and see if you might have it upside down. I had a shop put one in upside down, and that prevented most of the coolant from circulating. If you don't have a thermos

I hate to disagree with my friend Bob Knotts, but if the truck has NO thermostat in it, the water may be circulating TOO FAST to cool down. In operation, unless there is a problem, the thermostat is

If you do not have a shroud on the radiator the fan will have to sit real close to the radiator to pull air through it. I'm talking a couple inches maybe, not sure how much stock appearance you want
