We have a 48 3/4 ton that we put a mustang front in and so far OK but not much on the conversion. We have the stock rear springs because this is a workhorse although has a 292 and turbo 350 and F** 9

We've now got over 14,000 miles on the MII front end in our '48 1/2 ton. I am running manual steering, and everything seems to be A-OK. I don't "baby" the truck when I drive it, either. It gets used
