- I guess I don't understand the need for a title. Here in Ct you don't need them for old vehicles. I assume in some states you can't register without them? Where does a co. like Moto Tech "get" titles

- you can get a bond for less than that and get a LEGAL title. i know many people do this. switch VIN plates sounds a little illegal even though my guess is that nobody here would deal in a stolen truc
