- Sounds like the bushings for the brake pedal (probably the clutch too) are worn out. New bushings are available and they can be replaced, but it is not a Sunday afternoon task. Bending the arm is not

- The other (much worse) possibility is that the cab mounts are rusted out in the front. Take a good look before you do anything else. The whole cab sinks down and pinches the pedals. not oletrucks is

- This is probably the case, because the area around the cab mounts are pretty bad. Just one more thing to take care of. I only bent it 1/8 of an inch, didn't need much "adjustment" to get it to stop
