Chevy Duty also sells glass setting tape. There should be four screws that hold the window frame to the track that the two rolls slide on. They are inside the track and are likely clutch head screws.

After seeing Grant's msg, I need to clarify. The 4 screws he describes ARE the ones that hold the window in the track of the window regulator. The two screw I referred are at the edges & hold the bot

I ended up drilling them out last night. I tapped the holes and made bolts for them ( cut off the heads and slotted the tops). The frame cleaned up nicely and got the first coat of paint. The origin
