The first thing I would be concerned with is if the compressor is staying running, if the suction pressure is dropping at hight rpm it may be cylcing on the low pressure switch. You could run a wire

I had to install a cutoff valve in the heater hose to the core, to insure complete cutoff of hot water going thru the heater core. The A/C would cool and warm some and cool again. Cycled.......this

It could be that you are "swamping" the evaporator...when enough liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator, that it cools down below the boiling point of the refrigerant, the evaporator "fills up" and
