There is a space (3/4 inch +/-) between the metal roof and the metal headliner support... should there be rubber or something in that space, to keep the metal roof from bending down...? Is so where

My original 49 & 50 had just insulation there. I don't think you should need anything for structural support (although mine is a p/u & I see yours is a burb). Maybe some of the burb guys will respond

Hi Ron Each one of my headliner supports fall on the center of the frame channel that supports the roof metal. I can't see how the headliner support is attatched to the frame channel. BTW is this the
