I dunno but sounds like you would want a smaller bore rather than larger. Help me out here but to get more line pressure with less pedal effort you would want a smaller bore with a longer pedal strok

I forgot to mention that the brake drum seperated into two pieces. So, I was thinking about replacing the master cylinder, as well and wondered if I used a master cylinder with a larger bore diameter

I thought I was the only one this happened to. I bet it's a result of that grooved drum design. I think the desiderata are fairly straightforward. On one hand, the Bendix are much easier to work on
