It was an option for the passengers door mirror, But if you take off the door panel the inner skin is punched for the holes that locate the mirror. It doesn't have the nuts welded to the door the sam

I believe that when this mirror was installed there was a stiffing bracket installed in the door which had the nuts attached. I understand that the door can flex if no bracket is used. I've just hear

Went out and checked on my truck this morning. The drivers side has the stiffening bracket with the nuts welded to it. The passengers side does have the holes punched in the skin but has no bracket o
