Hi everyone, I intend to keep the granny 4 speed and 4.56 gears in my '48 GMC. I want to put some sort of overdrive between the trans and rear. What's available? It's gotta handle 400 horses. Thanks,

Corvette used a 4+3 (Doug Nash) transmission in the 84-85 Vette. If you're using a 350 engine it would maybe bolt right up. The overdrive (+3) works in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears. I like it in my Corvett
