I just did a conversion kit on my A/C for my 86 Chevy truck from R12 to R134. understand that the cooling efficiency will be lower after this conversion, but I have problems that go beyond this. The

Most of the time the compressor will go bad shortly after the conversion, has been my experience. Ed Oliveira 56 GMC Stepside oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959

I've always looked upon Canada as a foreign country where they (almost) speak English. EH? Kind of like England. And I really find the older Canadian trucks interesting. Similar to ours, but not quit

You are low on refrigerant more then likely. It was not uncommon for the ref. hoses to leak some, if it took 1 year or more and r12 was cheap it was not an issue. You will need to search out the leak
