As I recall the mounting brackets are a part of the hooter (just enjoy typing that) and they mount directly to the upper front cross member. I think the hardware was standard BSF. Good luck. Bill Law

I guess that I used the incorrect terminology. It is the piece that attaches to the bottom of the horn which, in turn, attaches to the bracket you describe and is referenced in the Moss catalog as:
