- I was about to say no difference that a can of engine paint can't fix. I just sprayed painted my 1275 (out of a Midget) Austin Green. Before I hot tanked it the block was Black but there were traces

- BMC olive green from 58 thru 67 both Sprites and Midgets Not positive on the Midget engines in 68 and 69 but Sprite engines were painted Healey metalic green. Again, I am vague on 1970 models but 71

- My blue engine is a '73, but I can see some black showing through. I think the PO painted it blue over the black. --David C.
