remember in a cooper "s" head with extra stud holes the front hole gets a bolt and you must torque it gingerly as you can damage the head over torquing. the rear hole gets a stud. there is a special

I agree with the use of the extra bolts, but if you are drilling and tapping a block, studs can go in both front and rear.... I have that on mine. I assure you, torque is not a problem when you do i

The Cooper S head is not so wild that it won't work with the standard cam but you will need to think about ignition timing and needle sizes, etc. Daniel1312 << I'm also thinking of a cam change to go

It actually is a Longman GT6 head (Yap ebay) which I think is a fairly nicely modified Cooper S head. I do have plans for other things later but for now I think I'll just bolt it on and stick corks
