Well, as I understand it, tuning procedure on this car is generally valves, ignition, then carbs. Tonight I'm going to try to set the valves and then the ignition. Thing is, the car idles about 1500-

Chris-- I happily got rid of it. I bolted on a Spitfire coolant filler neck, which eliminates the troublesome expansion tank. --David C.

If I remember correctly, there are two mounting points, a front and a rear. I mounted the rear point on the tank with the front point on the car, which moved it up 2 inches. Check the pics at the web
