- You can use your stock slave if you use the internal hydraulic throwout bearing. We opted for a pivot type external system which required a long throw and more fluid than the stock slave could give.

- Kris, the other items are the cross frame member has to be cut and relocated to the rear, and a new trans mount fabricated. I am using the McCloud without problem, and sorry you had that experience.

- Question about the throw out bearing, Weber recommends not using silicone fluid. After testing their seals for swelling I concluded it must be for reasons of wear due to regular fluid being more slip
