Hi Skye, Parts of my suspension were stuck very much as well. I had to saw things apart and replace these parts with new ones. This was at the lower side of the kingpin. Shims were not under my shock

I ran into the same thing last week. So, dropped the crossmember. Laid the thing on its side on the work bench, and beat the linign sh*t out of it. Didn't have any Penetrating oil, so had to use WD-

Thanks, I had a suspicion the BFH approach would be needed ;) Still don't understand what its hung up on though - the bottom bolt sure, it seizes to the distance tube, but the upper isn't against any

Mine hung up on the metal sleeve in the fulcrum bearing(upper trunion)...BFH! I rested the shock arm on a piece of 4x4 wood so as not to damage shock. Be careful of SPRING! I put two super-heavy duty

If the bolt is stuck, and we grind off the head, doesn't that still leave the body of the bolt stuck in the middle? I guess, at that point you could BFH it from either side, or remove the shock arms
