Anybody have the original jack for the Morgans. The tube type with the lead screw? I'm wondering how they were originally painted? Were they entirely Red, Black, both or neigher? Anyone have an extra

I believe the jacks were black, at least thru the 60's. I have a 68 +4 that I bought in the early 70's and the jack was black. The other Morgan I previously owned, a 63 +4 also had a black jack. Reg

The tube of the screw jack thatI have with my '64 +4, and is original, is painted red. Could it be that like other Morgan bits, it depended on what was available on a particular day in the bin? Jim

John, I was given a Ford manifold I think for a 1500. It is complete with an Autolite carburetor (711WBT?). It's yours. Are you coming to MOG28? I can bring it there. Regards, Tony Souza

painted the same "Ford engine blue" as the rear end,shocks,springs,gas tank, etc.(There is no evidence the BODY of the car was ever blue!)I truly believe this to be from the factory, and presume that
