Tremclad is a Canadian product of Rustoleum. Confusion arises because of directions to dilute 15% with Mineral Spirits. American Rustoleum does not list Mineral Spirits as a solvent. A couple of the

I have used the American Rustoleum, mixed with 10 to 15 % mineral spirits in an engine compartment. Flows very nicely and dries to a hard finish. This was done at the automotive campus at SF City Col
