I would inspect the paint very closely. Covering a car with plastic is probably worse than not covering it at all. Plastic tends to melt into car paint after a while and when it's removed, the paint

If you want a restoration project, that car would be an almost* ideal candidate - solid, complete, no rust, spare parts, and about as close to free as you'll ever find. I'd say buy it before someone
