This month TE/AE newsletter 'Rootes Review' has a tech tip on dash bulbs. It recommends using Radio Shack #1487 as an easy replacement but brighter bulb. Dave Johnson

I think that includes some glass, or polycarbonate lenses that won't melt, as well. (9-) Steve
