A really good manual does not exist. The best thing you can do is to look at old pictures, factory photos in the various books supply some good views. The Worrall and Turner book is also good. Or sim

I've got a manual published by Autopress ltd written by an R. Clarke thats not too bad. Its a 1970 edition and covers 4/4s and +4s from 36 to 69. Has most of the basic information. About like a Hayne
