Are they the tail lights, or are they the brake lights? If they are the brake lights, check the brake light switch on the MC cover (I believe). Good luck! Rory

Do you mean the generator or alternator? (as opposed to the starter). If the car in fact has an alternator, as you originally said, it is probably much shorter in the body than the factory-supplied g

I don't think the 64 has the switch your referring to. Didn't the 64 have a pressure switch to activate the brake lights? Larry Hoy

Max & all, Spot on. The switch is in the brake line mounted on the inner RHS fender (RHD). He has a replacement switch, but I guess removal of the switch means fluid will leak out yeah? As for the al
