I just replaced my alternator, thinking it was bd, now the new one only measures 11.66 volts while running. I have changed batteries, but really not sure of their condition, any suggestions. I do not

What type is it? If it has the internal regulator (like the 69 B) and is only producing that voltage then it is bad. But what led you to replace it anyway? Where did you measure the voltage? If two a

The new alternator should be putting out over 13 volts. If it is not, the unit may be bad. One point to note, before installing a new alternator always check the battery connections, ensure the batt
