- Nah, last week my bugeye was doing 110MPH on bumpy roads. 7200 rpm in 4th with a 4.2 diff. On the bumpier roads it was a little hairy but then thats competition... Of course, it took a long slight do

- I should have mentioned that I would not consider going over 100MPH (even in a bugeye with a (original style) upward opening bonnet unless it had at least one other fixing system (like bonnet pins).
