- Okay, I just captured a 81 Datsun 210 with a good running engine and 5 speed trans. What parts do I need to keep? I know I need the tranny, but what else? Do I keep the clutch components for match up

- if the thing is running, test the transmission while it is still in the Datsun. LIsten for noises, check for a lot of driveline play. Remove the shift boot to hear it better. Check the synchros. Acc

- I have a 69 Midget that has a Datsun 120Y motor/auto drivetrain. I bought it as a burnt out 'wreck'. A buddy of mine who does forest rallies in a 120Y-based car is prettty keen on me getting this car

- They are in Greensboro NC, I made a remark once on how was it that Midgets are not as prodominate at the MG car shows, but I always seem to find Midgets instead. I have found 7 Spridgets versus 2 MGB
