That splice is under the RH end of the dash above the glovebox. Very hard to see and touch at the same time. Get some new bullet splices before you go in because I will guarantee that more than one

Nope. In a 73 that is a perfect description of the factory location for the turn signal flasher relay. BTW, the "normal" round flasher relay from the corner store will fit the same bracket. David Li
