While out driving today, I noticed that my gas gage and temp gage are not working. I havent had time to check out the problem yet but.....could it a fuse? Are they linked in some way?

On my 76, those guages are fed by the middle of the three live fuses (4th or bottom holds a spare). If I remember right, it's a 35 amp fuse and it feed the turn signals as well. Bill Swinehart 76 TR6

They are linked to the same circuit comming off the fuse box. I had the same thing happen on my '74 and I jiggled the wires(brown ones on side of box closest to the front of car) and then their back
