Does anyone know how to remove the blue medallions on the front fenders of a 74 TR6. Someone said they are glued on. Can you confirm? and if so how do you get them off?

Mine were some sorta double sided sticky tape. I'm going to try and soften them up with some gas or something and try again. You may have to use a putty knife to get'em off. I tried just using my fin

Sometimes using a hair dryer will soften the glue sufficiently that such items are easier to remove. I haven't tried this myself on these medallions (I don't have a TR6 ... YET!) but have used the te

I always use a small syringe with mineral spirits - inject 8 to 10 drops down behind the badge, wait about 3 to 4 minutes. Works every time, and does not damage surface (at least in my experience). M
