Let's not be too hard on the SUV owners. I personally own a '74 B and an SUV. Granted it is not something as large as a Suburban. But it is an SUV none the less. In many areas (especially in Seattle)

The problem isn't just SUV's it is pretty much all new cars. It is just the height of the SUV's makes it even worse. Have you had to drive in front of a new BMW or a new Accura with those ridiculous

Then you can tell it's a home grown install...no relays, just some extra speaker wire to a switch with a paper clip jumper for power from the fuse panel...
