Hi Mark, From what I can tell you are referring to the Holley 0-9776 which is listed by Holley as a Model 4160 at 450cfm. Hope this helps. Dan is?

Mark, That model is recommended as one of a pair on dual-quad manifolds. The model 4160 465 CFM 4 bbl is a better fit for a 260. Came with one of the LAT kits and is still being made. Whose manifold
