I'm thinking about installing an Air/Fuel sensor in my TR6. should I put the O2 sensor on the exhaust manifold or on the exhaust pipe? Should I try to install two or would one suffice? Thanks! Adam 7

Along these lines... I've always wondered if there is a way to create an analog gauge for an air fuel monitor - perhaps by refacing a temperature gage and scaling the voltage into it? Just a thought,

Two is ideal especially for the 72-76 cars, and since they're about $25 for generic units why not just go with two. Since I just installed two O2 sensor bungs for my TR6, I'll tell you what I did (l

If memory serves (always a dicey proposition when you get to be my age) an analog gauge by itself is not suitable for an O2 sensor. The reason is that that the internal impedance of an O2 sensor is

On my newly installed twin exhaust I fitted 1 O2 sensor on each pipe right past the header junction, placing the bungs at the right angle so as not to interfere with anything is critical. They are co

Racer Parts Wholesale sells them. They also sell K&N. The four-wire sensors have an internal heater that avoids the time lag and allows almost immediate accurate read-out. http://www.racerpartswholes

The wide band sensors are new and offer more accurate reading if your mixture is less than optimum. Grassroots Motorsports had a good article on them last year. Call them to get the back issue. PLX
