- Bob, Do you have a press? You can make it into a press brake with a couple of pieces of angle iron. Also you can make a brake with a couple angle iron pieces, hindges, C clamps. About $20 and an hour

- I'm sure there will be lots of different ways to make sheet metal bends suggested here but here's mine: If the sheet metal isn't too thick or hard, clamp it with C- clamps between two pieces of wood
