- If the alignments truly was important, wouldn't that imply that they balanced the drive shaft together with the differential input yoke and gear? I think that is highly improbable... Ulix Ulix __/__,

- Thats true, but working with cars 24 years has tought me a thing or two. Also a driveshaft can start vibrating if not mounted where it was before and its also recommended by the manufactorers. Chris
