- Hi all I have a Series 5 Alpine I am restoring and it is fitted with an older style Allison XR700 Ignition Module. I cannot find a wiring diagragm to suit the wiring code. It has 3 wires Red, Purple

- I have the instructions for an old Allison Opto-Electric Ignition system but there is no Purple wire; just red and black going to the coil with the case screws as ground. You must have a newer unit.
