A head pressure of a 3 ft head of water is 1.299 psi; an 18" head would be half of that.. What pressure was generated inside the cooling jacket by that flow is anyone's guess. The only way to tell w

Limited to the accuracy of your test.. approximately 0.332 lbs or 9" of head pressure assuming it really was 2 10 quart buckets and it really was 10 seconds. Your measured 18" of head would indicate
