- There are folks looking for automatic MGBs, those with medical problems and those whom don't want to shift for themselves :-) I can't speak for others, but I believe that I would think very seriously

- You have to change the rear engine plate and the cross member as they are different. I am doing the reverse making a manual into an automatic as my wife has a very damaged right arm . Carl E.
