Any tips on installing a auxiliary battery on a small enclosed trailer. Can I charge it off a standard flat 4 conector hookup or will it require additional wiring? Thanks, John

I'd suggest rewiring with more poles, so you can run both a hot wire and a wired ground, and heavier gauge wire for the charging circuit. It will still charge pretty slow due to voltage drop in the

I've done this. Here are my tips. Yes, it can be charged from the tow vehicle, use a switched circuit to do the charging. I can't tell you about the 4 wire terminal, my vehicle uses the LARGE round p
