I'd love to see a car where this has been done. You'd have to shorten the control arms and half-shafts, fabricate suitable mountings for the cage, fabricate suitable mountings for the radius arms...

There used to be a British company called "Trevor Taylor Conversions" that sold both an independant rear and a completely new front suspension system, aimed at people running V8's, their main focus.
